Swerve Strickland is set to make his return to AEW after being out of action since All Out.
Plans for his next storyline have been revealed, and it’s generating significant internal excitement.
During AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam, former WWE Superstar MVP interrupted Prince Nana while discussing Strickland’s injury status,
criticizing Nana’s management for focusing on side projects instead of Swerve’s career.
MVP hinted at a business proposal for Strickland, suggesting he deserves better guidance.
Sean Ross Sapp shared on Fightful Select’s Q&A podcast that Strickland’s upcoming program with MVP is highly anticipated, especially as he moves away from the AEW World Title scene.
“This is Swerve’s next big program, as he emerges out of the AEW World Title scene and I know it’s one that a lot of people are internally excited about.”
Swerve is expected to return sooner than expected,
and fans are eager to see how AEW will handle his new direction.
