• After Liv Morgan, Another WWE Star Is Set For Major Film Role

After Liv Morgan, WWE Superstar Drew McIntyre is also gearing up for a significant step in his acting career, with PWInsider revealing that The Scottish Warrior is lined up for a major film role.

McIntyre made his acting debut in 2024 with a supporting role in the action-comedy The Killer’s Game, starring alongside Dave Bautista and Ice Cube. His role as one of the Mackenzie brothers, a brawling Scotsman, was praised for leveraging his natural charisma and physicality, honed over nearly two decades in WWE.

The film, which hit theaters in September 2024, served as a launching pad for McIntyre’s cinematic aspirations, with the wrestler noting that his WWE experience—particularly improvisation and camera comfort—prepared him for the transition to acting.

Details about McIntyre’s upcoming film role remain under wraps, with PWInsider providing no specifics on the project’s title, cast, or timeline. However, the term “major” suggests a more prominent part than his debut, potentially aligning him with other WWE stars like Batista, John Cena, and The Rock, who have successfully crossed over into mainstream cinema.

McIntyre defeated Damian Priest in a Sin City Street Fight at WrestleMania 41 and inserted himself into the United States Title picture on last week’s SmackDown.

• What Randy Orton Said To Joe Hendry After WrestleMania 41 Match

After Kevin Owens got injured, Randy Orton was left without an opponent at WrestleMania 41, which led to Orton issuing an open challenge on Night 2.

The challenge was answered by TNA World Champion Joe Hendry. Orton defeated Hendry in a short match that lasted 3 minutes, with Orton delivering another RKO after the bout.

Before delivering the second RKO, Orton said the following to Hendry:

“Hey! Listen to me. For everybody back there, you showed up. You showed up for all these people. That means a lot to me, man.”

According to Fightful Select, Orton personally chose Hendry as his opponent after Owens got injured. This was Orton’s 20th WrestleMania match.
