Alex likely broke his toe due to the head kick. In the post-fight interview, Pereira said a move to Heavyweight is in his future.
On the Early preliminary card, WWE SmackDown Superstar Shinsuke Nakamura appeared and cornered Rei Tsuruya, who went on to defeat Carlos Hernandez via Decision (unanimous) in their 3-round Flyweight (125 lbs) bout.
