• Old School Wrestling Legend Celebrates His Birthday
Old School Wrestling Legend “The Whole F’N Show” Rob Van Dam (Real name: Rob Szatkowski) turns 48 today.
He wrestled as Robbie V in Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling from 1992 to 1993 but only became a major name when he joined Paul Heyman’s Extreme Championship Wrestling in early 1996 and adapted the nickname “Mr. Monday Night” while invading WWF RAW IS WAR for several weeks in 1997.
When ECW went bankrupt in 2001, he was one of the Wrestlers that found a new permanent home in the World Wrestling Federation, where he played a major role during the infamous WCW/ECW invasion storyline.
Over the years RVD won world titles in both, the WWE and TNA (Total Nonstop Action), but is currently wrestling on the independent scene.

• Another Lacklustre Main Event Taped For Next Week’s RAW, RAW Wrestler Returns (Spoilers)
WWE taped next week’s Christmas-eve edition of RAW after this week’s post-TLC 2018 edition of RAW went off the air.
It should be noted that quite a lot of people left before WWE started taping next week’s episode.
Below are the results for next week’s RAW:
– Elias begins the show with a Christmas song and mocks Bobby Lashley & Elias.
– Miracle On 34th Street Fight: Elias def. Bobby Lashley
– RAW Tag Team Championship Match: Bobby Roode & Chad Gable (c) def. The Revival to retain the Titles.
– Sasha Banks, Bayley & Ember Moon def. Mickie James, Dana Brooke & Alicia Fox (The Riott Squad attacked the winning team after the match)
– Drew McIntyre announces that he’ll be a part of the Men’s Royal Rumble 2019 match.
– Finn Balor def. Dolph Ziggler & Drew McIntyre in a Triple Threat match (Balor pinned Ziggler to win the match. After the match, McIntyre returned to the ring for an attack, but Ziggler laid him out with a Zig-Zag)
– Paul Heyman returns for a “Celebrating the Holidays with Paul Heyman” segment: Heyman declares Brock Lesnar will successfully retain the Universal Championship at Royal Rumble 2019. Braun Strowman comes out and he’s not wearing a sling on his arm. Strowman puts a Santa hat on Heyman, taunts him and makes a big promise – he’s going to defeat Lesnar and finally capture the Universal Championship.
– RAW Women’s Championship Match: Ronda Rousey (c) def. Natalya to retain the Title.
– Heath Slater def. Jinder Mahal via DQ (The Singh Brothers interfered to cause the DQ. Rhyno, dressed as Santa Claus, returned to make the save for Slater and delivered a Gore to Mahal)
– Seth Rollins def. Baron Corbin
