• Another Legend Is Coming Out Of Retirement For Ric Flair’s Final Match

2-Time WWE Hall Of Famer Ric Flair (age 73) will be wrestling on July 31st at The Fairgrounds Nashville, which is the day after WWE SummerSlam 2022.

This is going to be his 1st match in 11 years and also his final match.

The name of the event is “Jim Crockett Promotions Presents: Ric Flair’s Last Match”.

Under the banner of Jim Crockett Promotions, Ric Flair’s Last Match will be produced by Thuzio, a Triller Company, and will stream worldwide on FITE.

Tickets will go on sale on May 27th and the complete match-card will be announced soon.

Flair posted the following about his return on Twitter:

“The Rumors Are True! I’m Going To Walk That Aisle, Style And Profile, One Last Time! July 31st! Nashville, Tennessee! Jim Crockett Promotions!

I Will Prove Once Again, That To Be The Man, You’ve Got To Beat The Man!

Now We Go To School!

WOOOOO!”

According to the Wrestling Observer, Flair is rumored to team up with current AEW Tag Team FTR (who are the current AAA & ROH Tag Team Champions) to face The Rock ‘n’ Roll Express and another man in a 6-man tag team match.

In an update from Fightful Select, WWE Hall Of Famer and Flair’s old opponent Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat is scheduled to come out of retirement to be Rock ‘n’ Roll Express’ partner in their match against Flair & FTR.

Steamboat’s last match took place 12 years ago, in June 2010, where he teamed up with his son Richie Steamboat to defeat Caylen Croft & Trent Barreta at FCW Father’s Day Salute.
