• Another Top Female NXT Star Discussed For WWE Main Roster Call-Up

WWE has continued internal discussions about expanding its main roster, and another name from NXT is now part of that conversation.

According to Fightful Select, Blake Monroe has recently been talked about as a potential call-up. Sources indicate that the idea has gained traction over the past few weeks, with some within RAW specifically expecting her to land on that brand if the move happens.

There is also belief that Monroe’s short-term creative direction could be shifting, with the possibility that plans change as early as this week.

Monroe’s name joins a growing list of NXT talents who have either already moved up or have been openly positioned for main roster exposure. Trick Williams, Oba Femi, Je’Von Evans, and Jordynne Grace have all been promoted or heavily teased in recent weeks, with more call-ups expected as WWE continues to reshape its lineup.

Blake Monroe recently lost the NXT Women’s North American Championship to Thea Hail in a botched finish. They will have a rematch for the title on tomorrow’s NXT New Year’s Evil episode.

• Kevin Nash Reacts To CM Punk Trolling Him At WWE Live Event

Kevin Nash recently criticized CM Punk for wrestling in a t-shirt while being the World Heavyweight Champion:

“I watched Punk in the main event of that match… his punches looked really slow. He looks slow. If you’re the heavyweight champion of the WWE and you wrestle in a T-Shirt… ouch. I think it’s time for him. I think he’s done. I think Bron should beat him.”

After this, Punk trolled Nash during his match against Bronson Reed by wearing two t-shirts at a WWE Live Event in Fort Myers, Florida:

Nash had the following to say about this on his Kliq This podcast:

“Wouldn’t it be easier to just go to the gym? This is the thing that kills me. Me and Punk were supposed to wrestle. We never wrestled. I’m in my 50s when I came back, and he gives me the whole ‘LOL, thought you were dead’ stuff.

And I’m not allowed to comment back, because I’d been told by Vince McMahon that I wasn’t allowed to cut a promo. And here he is… how old is Phil now? 48? He’s already fallen victim to the [no muscle definition t-shirt].”
