• “Anyone that thinks he’s soft in the ring, that’s just not true” – Drew McIntyre On RAW Wrestler
During a recent interview with Sports Illustrated, WWE Champion Drew McIntyre addressed a rumor about Randy Orton, which stated that Orton isn’t keen on taking too many bumps in the ring.
Here’s what McIntyre said:
“I still hear how Randy doesn’t want to get too physical or take too many bumps, so for anyone that thinks he’s soft in the ring, that’s just not true.
He went above and beyond to make me look as good as possible. We both worked our butts off, and I’m very proud of that match, as well as the chance to once again be WWE Champion.”

• Old School WWF Legend Would Have Celebrated His Birthday
Today would have been the 78th birthday of Old School WWF Legend Blackjack Mulligan (Real name: Robert Windham).
Blackjack Mulligan spent most of his career teaming with Blackjack Lanza as “The Blackjacks”.
Together they won multiple tag team championships, including the World Wide Wrestling Federation titles.
In 1986, Mulligan wrestled under a mask as the “Big Machine” and joined The Giant Machine (André) & Super Machine (Masked Superstar aka Demolition Ax) in a faction, called “The Machines”.
The Blackjacks were inducted into the 2006 class of the WWE Hall of Fame by their former manager, Bobby “The Brain” Heenan.
