On this day in 1999, Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling aired another LIVE episode of their weekly TV show ‘WCW MONDAY NITRO’.
It was broadcasted from the Charlotte Coliseum in Charlotte, North Carolina and featured matches, interviews & storyline segments on the road to the ‘WCW Slamboree 1999’ PPV.

• Backstage News On Becky Lynch’s WrestleMania 36 Match
According to the Wrestling Observer, WWE planned on doing Becky Lynch vs. Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 36, but that’s not the plan anymore and that’s why WWE is doing that match at Money In The Bank 2019 this month.
It was also noted that Becky’s WrestleMania 36 opponent won’t be Ronda Rousey either.
No word yet on who Becky’s opponent is going to be, but Becky will be in the top women’s match at WrestleMania 36 in 2020.
