• Backstage News On CM Punk’s Recent In-Ring Work

As we have noted before, former WWE wrestler CM Punk is rumored to make his AEW debut on next week’s episode of Rampage at the United Center in Chicago.

AEW President Tony Khan even hinted it during his appearance on Busted Open Radio (tap here to read more).

Punk will also make an appearance in the pro-wrestling drama series “Heels” on Starz, where he plays the role of a heel character called “Ricky Rabies”.

According to Fightful Select, Punk has been working hard in the ring and received praise for his in-ring work on this show.

Wrestlers & cast members that worked with Punk on this show noted that Punk looked a lot healthier than his final WWE days back in 2014.

It was also noted that Punk looked good in the ring, which many believe is due to him training a lot for this series. Sources said Punk didn’t have any ring rust, and it almost looked like he never left the wrestling business.
