This past Friday on AEW Rampage, Billy Gunn & The Acclaimed won a Trios Match.
After the match, Harley Cameron told Anthony Bowens of The Acclaimed that she knows he’s into her.
Bowens then said that he’s gay. The crowd then began chanting “he’s gay”. You can watch it below:

According to Fightful Select, QT Marshall & Billy Gunn put together this segment and QT asked Bowens if he was comfortable with doing this, and Bowens was completely on board.
At first, this segment was scheduled to take place on Dynamite, but AEW Officials wanted to give this segment more time, so they put it on Rampage.
Below is what Bowens tweeted about this:
“If ya told me years ago, I’d have an arena chanting HE’S GAY at me in the most POSITIVE of ways, I’d say you’re crazy.
It’s pretty cool to see how far we’ve come. Still more work to do. Happy Pride.”
