• Backstage News On What Vince McMahon Originally Wanted With His Return
Vince McMahon is back on the Board of Directors in WWE to ensure a potential sale of the company goes smoothly.
At yesterday’s “all hands on deck” meeting, it was revealed that the day-to-day operations aren’t going to change and Triple H is still going to be the Chief Content Officer.
However, that wasn’t originally what Vince wanted.
According to the Wrestling Observer, Vince McMahon wanted to run WWE creatively on a day-to-day basis as of a week ago:
“I think everybody kind of is looking at this going like that really know what’s going to happen and being very skeptical of that in the long run.
Because Vince wanted it back to run the thing. That’s what he wanted, that’s what he was looking for, a week ago. So he didn’t get that.”
