Below are some top WWE news stories of the day, involving Bad Blood and The Undertaker.

• WWE has moved the start time for Bad Blood 2024 from 8 PM EST to 6 PM EST to avoid direct competition with UFC 307, which is set to take place the same evening.

UFC 307’s main PPV card will begin at 10 PM EST on October 5, at the Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. The new start time for Bad Blood will ensure that this WWE PLE ends before the UFC PPV begins.

WWE Bad Blood 2024 will be held at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia, on the same date. Both WWE and UFC are owned by TKO Group Holdings.

The main event of UFC 307 is Alex Pereira defending his UFC Light Heavyweight Championship against Khalil Rountree Jr. and the co-main event will feature Raquel Pennington defending her UFC Women’s Bantamweight Championship against Julianna Peña.

So far, WWE has announced the following for Bad Blood:

– Roman Reigns & Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes vs. The Bloodline (Solo Sikoa & Jacob Fatu)

Hell In A Cell Match: CM Punk vs. Drew McIntyre

Women’s World Championship Match: Liv Morgan (c) vs. Rhea Ripley

WWE Women’s Championship Match: Nia Jax (c) vs. TBD

• In the main event of WWE Crown Jewel 2018 in Saudi Arabia, D-Generation X (Triple H & Shawn Michaels) defeated The Brothers of Destruction (The Undertaker & Kane) in a first time ever match.

HBK came out of retirement for this match, and it was his first match in over 8 years.

The match ended up being disappointing, with Triple H tearing his pec very early into the match, Kane’s mask coming off during the match and HBK landing on his face during a Moonsault.

On his Six Feet Under podcast, Undertaker said that he’d be willing to come out of retirement for this rematch, only to see if they can deliver a worse performance.

Here’s what The Deadman said:

“You would think all the experience that was involved in that match that we could have done that in our sleep.

That may be the only match if we did it again that I would come out of retirement for. Just to see if we could top how bad it was the first time we did it. A man lost his pec, man lost his pride, man lost his mask.”
