In the opening segment of the post-Crown Jewel episode of SmackDown, Damage CTRL came to the ring and Bayley said this is the new & improved Damage CTRL.
Bayley made some jokes about Bianca Belair, Charlotte Flair & Shotzi, but WWE Women’s Champion IYO SKY, Asuka and Kairi Sane didn’t laugh.
Asuka then said something in Japanese, which led to IYO and Kairi laughing. Bayley asked what they were laughing about. Dakota Kai noted that Asuka said one of them in this ring isn’t a member of Damage CTRL.
Bayley got worried (this was a tease for Bayley getting kicked out of Damage CTRL) and Dakota said Asuka hasn’t been officially inducted as a member yet.
Bayley then got down on one knee and offered a Damage CTRL T-Shirt to Asuka and asked her to be a member of the group. Asuka accepted.
This Saturday, Damage CTRL will take on Bianca, Charlotte, Shotzi & Becky Lynch in a WarGames match.
Since the danger of other members kicking her out of her own stable is looming these days, Bayley is teasing bringing her good friend back to WWE: Sasha Banks aka Mercedes Mone.
Bayley posted a photo with Kairi, Asuka & Sasha on her Instagram story and wrote:
“I’ve always got a plan.”
