• Big Match Announced For Next Week’s SmackDown
In the main event of last night’s SmackDown, Universal Champion Roman Reigns and Edge brawled.
The Usos tried to make the save for Roman, but SmackDown Tag Team Champions Dominik & Rey Mysterio returned and attacked The Usos with Steel Chairs.
Roman managed to escape, but Edge brutalized The Usos with a Crossface using a lead pipe across their mouths, just like last week.
Roman kept looking from the stage and didn’t make the save for The Usos, and left.
On Talking Smack this morning, it was announced that Reigns & The Usos will face Edge & The Mysterios in a 6-man tag team match on next week’s SmackDown.
Next week’s SmackDown will be the first WWE main roster TV Show with fans back in attendance. It will also be the go-home episode of the show for the Money In The Bank 2021 PPV.
Below is the match-card for next week’s SmackDown:
– Universal Champion Roman Reigns and The Usos (Jimmy & Jey Uso) vs. Edge and SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Mysterios (Dominik & Rey Mysterio)
– Bianca Belair (c) vs. Carmella for the SmackDown Women’s Championship
