12. Finish For John Cena vs. Shinsuke Nakamura Changed, Original Plan Revealed

It looks like John Cena putting over Shinsuke Nakamura clean on SmackDown Live wasn’t the original plan. According to the Wrestling Observer, the original plan was for Mr. Money In The Bank Baron Corbin to interfere in the match and try to take out Nakamura, but by mistake Corbin would’ve taken out Cena and Nakamura would have capitalized on this and won the match.

This was confirmed by WWE as well when they posted the original plan in their SmackDown Live review on their website by mistake. A fan made a video of this mistake by WWE and you can watch it below:
