– An NXT Women’s Championship match between the champion Asuka and Ruby Riot was stopped at the UK Download Festival when Asuka smashed Ruby’s head into the steel steps and Ruby was busted open pretty bad.

Ruby received 5 stitches to close the wound. Below are what some fans tweeted regarding this incident:

“Ruby Riot took a hard stair bump n blood was pouring from her. Had to stop it but she’s ok apparently.”

“Ruby v Asuka at Download match got cancelled. Asuka legit smashed open Ruby’s head and there’s blood everywhere. Ref called up for the X!”

– According to Pro Wrestling Sheet, Raw Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss and Nia Jax have been added to the seventh season of Total Divas. This was done to replace Eva Marie in the show (who is no longer with WWE and is focusing on her acting career now).

– As we noted before, former WWE Cruiserweight Champion TJ Perkins is just being called TJP nowadays. There’s a rumor going on that his name was changed because Vince McMahon hates the “Perkins” restaurant chain and that if people hear the name “TJ Perkins” on Raw then they’re going to think of the restaurant.
