In the main event of WrestleMania 39 Saturday, Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens ended the record-setting title reign of The Usos to win the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship.

At Backlash 2023, Zayn & Owens joined forces with Matt Riddle to face Solo Sikoa & The Usos in a 6-man tag team match, but couldn’t defeat The Bloodline this time.

During this match, Michael Cole specifically noted on commentary that the RAW Tag Team Titles & the SmackDown Tag Team Titles will remain unified, and that the champions will appear on both brands to defend their Titles.

Owens & Zayn’s red & blue titles will most likely be replaced with a one new title.

On last night’s RAW, Zayn & Owens defeated Ludwig Kaiser & Giovanni Vinci of Imperium.

WWE is doing the same with the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles, as current champions Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez will appear on both brands.

On this Friday’s SmackDown, Liv & Raquel will defend their Titles against Bayley & Dakota Kai of Damage CTRL.

The winners of this match will defend the Titles against Chelsea Green & Sonya Deville on next week’s RAW.
