Alalshikh recently disclosed plans to enhance Saudi Arabia’s existing agreement with WWE, with a potential announcement slated for later in the month. The tantalizing prospect? Bringing flagship WWE events like WrestleMania or Royal Rumble to Saudi soil.
During an appearance on The MMA Hour with Ariel Helwani, Alalshikh fielded questions about the feasibility of hosting the Royal Rumble in 2025 in Saudi Arabia. Alalshikh hinted at a timeframe, stating, “We are talking around 2026-27”.
