Bill Goldberg Returning To Professional Wrestling

In a recent interview with FoxSports, Bill Goldberg stated that he will be returning to Professional Wrestling for one last match. But he also stated that it won’t be with the WWE. Goldberg said he’s “sick & tired” of negotiating with wrestling promoter, so he would get in the ring for one last match by making a deal through his own connections.

Here’s what Bill Goldberg said in the interview:

“If I put wrestling boots and wrestling trunks on one last time — and I’m going to — it’s going to be done by me and me only. Though (professional wrestling) would not have been my first choice by any stretch of the imagination, I cannot turn my back on the fact that it made me who I am today in the public eye.”

Goldberg’s last match in WWE was 11 years ago at WrestleMania 20 where he defeated Brock Lesnar. Bill Goldberg, at 48 years old, is still in great shape and he trains as if he’s ready to compete in MMA or Pro-Wrestling but wouldn’t do so unless the right deal was in place.
