Bobby Lashley, absent from WWE television recently, might be leaving the company soon.
According to Fightful Select, his WWE contract is expiring within the next month, and he has been removed from WWE’s internal roster list, though he remains on the official website:
“Sources have told us that he plans on continuing wrestling if for some reason an extension is not reached with WWE. Lashley has not been factored into WWE creative plans since the spring.
Though we haven’t heard of specific aspirations to continue fighting (in MMA) of late, we’re told by those close to him that it isn’t out of the realm of possibility, and he’d told Fightful in the past couple of years if the right situation presented itself he would again.”
PW Nexus then reported that MVP and Tamina Snuka have also been removed from WWE’s internal roster list.
MVP recently criticized Triple H for shooting down the idea of reuniting The Hurt Business.
He shared a photo of the group on social media, sparking fan speculation about a potential reunion. However, MVP quickly quashed these rumors by responding to a fan’s comment, stating, “Triple H said no”. He emphasized that the faction is over and that the decision is final according to WWE’s higher-ups.
You can read some of the comments MVP made below:
“Triple H had the power to fix it. He chose not to. Go figure.”
“The current regime doesn’t want it either.”
“We did (talk to Triple H). He said no.”
