• On his Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T was asked who he believes is the best wrestler in the world right now.
Here’s what the WCW Legend said:
“Gunther — I mean, undeniably probably the best wrestler in the world right now, and that’s saying a whole lot.”
The Ring General made his first televised World Heavyweight Championship defense at Bash In Berlin, where he defeated Randy Orton clean.
Gunther’s next feud for the World Title is against Sami Zayn, the man who ended Gunther’s record-setting 666-day reign as the Intercontinental Champion at WrestleMania 40 earlier this year.

• During an interview on the Impaulsive podcast, Hulk Hogan praised Logan Paul and said that Triple H needs to make the social media megastar a World Champion this year.
Here’s what the 2-time WWE Hall of Famer said:
“You got an opportunity to do that, brother, because you should not be any type of champion except the World’s Champion at this point.
You need to make that quick transition and if they’re smart, and Triple H is smart, that transition needs to be made this year.
Watching you my brother, you have an opportunity to be the best big attraction in this business, simply because you got your sh*t together.
I’ve never seen anybody get this as quick as you have. I’ve never seen anybody, since I’ve been a wrestling fan, since I was in the business, I’ve never seen anybody pick up on it as quick as you have.”
