Here are a couple of top AEW & WWE news stories of the day, featuring Britt Baker, Adam Cole, and Royal Rumble 2025.

• A few months back, WCW Veteran Konnan broke the story that AEW couple Adam Cole and Britt Baker have ended their relationship, which was later confirmed by Cole.

Now, Konnan is claiming that Baker cheated on Cole. Here’s what he said on his podcast:

“I was the first one that said her and Cole had broken up. They were on me again. Now you see it’s true. And I’m gonna throw this little one in there — a very credible source said it happened because she was cheating on him.”

Britt issued the following statement on X regarding this claim:

“I understand we as performers are expected to have thick skin through opinions and lies we read about ourselves, but spreading lies about my personal life is just low, weird, and something I won’t tolerate.

I’ve never cheated on anyone in my life. #TellYourSource”

• Speculation is heating up around a potential surprise entrant in this year’s Women’s Royal Rumble match, as rumors suggest Jordynne Grace might make her official WWE debut in the highly anticipated match.

Grace, who recently wrapped up her time with TNA, reportedly worked her final match for the promotion at their Genesis pay-per-view in Dallas, Texas, where she lost to Tessa Blanchard.

According to PWInsider, Grace was spotted at the WWE Performance Center earlier this week, fueling speculation about her WWE future. While her presence at the facility was reportedly brief, sources within WWE creative circles strongly believe she will participate in the 30-woman Royal Rumble match on February 1st.

This wouldn’t be Grace’s first appearance for WWE—she competed in last year’s Women’s Royal Rumble match, impressing WWE officials with her performance. Adding to the intrigue, TNA has officially removed Grace from their roster page, further indicating her departure.

Despite these developments, WWE has not yet confirmed Grace’s signing.
