• Brock Lesnar Interested In A Fight With Jon Jones, Jones Responds

During a recent appearance on Ariel Helwani’s MMA Show, WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle revealed that Brock Lesnar told him he’s interested in a fight with UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones.

Below is what Angle said:

“I know he said he’s retired…the one fight he wants, and I don’t know if it’s ever going to happen, but he wants to go up against Jon Jones.”

Below is what Jones responded:

For those who don’t remember, Jones called out Lesnar for a fight back in 2017 in a post-fight interview at UFC 214. You can watch it below:

Below is what Jones said in the post-fight interview:

“Brock Lesnar, if you want to know how it feels like to get your a$$ kicked by a guy who weighs 40 pounds less than you, meet me in the Octagon!”

Lesnar issued the following statement to Associated Press after this:

“Be careful what you wish for, young man.”

Lesnar is a former UFC Heavyweight Champion and has an MMA record of 5-3-1 NC. On the other hand, Jones is a two time UFC Light Heavyweight Champion (currently in his second reign) and has a record of 25-1-1 NC (it should be noted that Jones’ only loss was via disqualification).
