Brock Lesnar had a very physical match with Cody Rhodes at SummerSlam in Detroit this past Saturday, which ended with Rhodes coming out on top.
After the match, The Beast Incarnate shook The American Nightmare’s hand, hugged him and then raised his arm, which was not a planned moment.
According to the Wrestling Observer, Lesnar got injured early in his match against Rhodes at SummerSlam.
The injury Lesnar suffered is unknown yet, and there’s also no word on its severity.
It was also noted that WWE’s current plan for Lesnar is to have him return for the build-up to the Royal Rumble next year, and from there going to WrestleMania 40.
There is a possibility of Lesnar returning for the Crown Jewel Premium Live Event in Saudi Arabia this November, but that isn’t the plan right now.
Lesnar is now enjoying life after SummerSlam, as he was spotted singing on the stage at a Zach Bryan concert at the Target Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota this past Tuesday.
Bryan has a habit of inviting some friends on the stage during his performance of “Revival”, which is his set finale. This time he was joined by Lesnar, who sang part of the chorus.

This is a well deserved vacation for Lesnar, as he worked more WWE shows this year than he usually does, and has only missed one Premium Live Event, which was Money In The Bank in the UK.
