• Old School WWF Veteran Celebrates His Birthday

Old School WWF/WCW Superstar Jim Powers (Real name: James Manley) celebrates his 62nd birthday today.

Powers used to be the Tag Team Partner of Paul Roma in a team called “The Young Stallions” from 1987 till 1989, before becoming a singles wrestler, often used as a jobber to the stars, until leaving the World Wrestling Federation in 1994.

He then joined Ted Turner’s World Championship Wrestling in 1996, where he became a mid-carder again, managed by famous Old School manager Teddy Long, before he turned into an enhancement talent yet again and was let go by WCW due to a neck injury he had in 1998.

According to Brad Shepard, WWE Champion Brock Lesnar is scheduled to work all RAWs heading into the Royal Rumble 2020 PPV:

“According to a source in WWE, Brock Lesnar is expected every week on RAW this month, including this Monday, up to and including the Royal Rumble. He is not yet listed internally for anything after the Royal Rumble PPV yet.”

Nikki Bella gets engaged to Artem Chigvintsev

“From the dance floor to the wedding chapel — Nikki Bella and Artem Chigvintsev are engaged!

Nikki revealed on Instagram that the two got engaged this past November in France, and after a few months of trying to keep it a secret, she finally revealed the news on Friday.

Bella and Chigvintsev were, of course, partners on “Dancing with the Stars” when Nikki competed on the show in 2017.

WWE congratulates Nikki and Artem on this exciting new chapter in their lives!”
