– As soon as WWE Champion Cody Rhodes arrived to SmackDown, two men showed him his locker room, courtesy of The Final Boss.
– WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus came out and asked what year is it? Lilian Garcia is introducing her to the ring, The Rock is back, and she is wrestling tomorrow night! Trish said tomorrow night her kids will be watching her wrestle LIVE for the first time, and they are seated ringside tonight. Trish introduced her tag team partner, WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton. Women’s United States Champion Chelsea Green and Piper Green interrupted and Chelsea called Tiffany a loser, which led to a match.
– WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton def. Women’s United States Champion Chelsea Green via DQ after Nia Jax & Candice LeRae attacked Stratton
Trish Stratus & Tiffany took out Nia & Candice after the match.
– Jacob Fatu told Solo Sikoa that him superkicking Solo last week was an accident. Jacob said he heard Solo has a US Title qualification match tonight. Solo said yes, and then gave the match to Jacob by saying that he wants to show Jacob how much he loves him, and that this is how their family is going to make an impact.
– R-Truth was enjoying the food in Cody Rhodes’ locker room, courtesy of The Final Boss. Truth told Rhodes to consider The Rock’s offer.
– Jacob Fatu def. Andrade to advance in the United States Championship No.1 Contender’s Tournament
– A brawl broke out between Los Garza, Street Profits, WWE Tag Team Champions #DIY, Motor City Machine Guns, and Pretty Deadly.
– Drew McIntyre met Cody Rhodes backstage. Drew said it’s telling to him that when The Rock made the offer last week, Cody didn’t reply right away. Drew said he doesn’t know what The Rock is going to do when Cody finally says yes, and he finds out Cody sold his soul a long time ago.
– Drew McIntyre appeared at ringside on tonight’s SmackDown and delivered a scathing message, saying John Cena either fades away as a hero or sticks around long enough to become a hypocrite.
Climbing onto the announce desk, he continued mocking Cena, wondering what the 2011 version of Cena would think about him today. McIntyre claimed Cena holds enough power to end careers with a snap of his fingers and vowed to bury him. As he complained about being wronged throughout 2024, Damian Priest’s music interrupted him.
Priest walked out and calls McIntyre a constant complainer, but McIntyre insisted he’s just speaking the truth. Priest fired back, saying even R-Truth makes more sense than McIntyre. He reminded McIntyre that he cashed-in on him at WrestleMania 40 only because McIntyre was too distracted by his obsession with CM Punk. Priest then confidently declared he’ll pin McIntyre in the 2025 Men’s Elimination Chamber match tomorrow night.
Seth Rollins’ music hit, and he joined the confrontation, saying he couldn’t resist crashing the party. He reminded everyone that if not for Punk and McIntyre, he would have beaten Priest for the World Heavyweight Championship. Rollins then dismissed McIntyre, Priest, and the rest of the Elimination Chamber competitors, insisting none of them stand a chance.
CM Punk’s music played, and he joked about how great it is to be alive on a Friday night in Toronto before turning to Rollins, asking if he feels as good as he looks. Taking a jab at him, Punk said Rollins looks like something he overcooked and vowed to “cook him again” inside the Elimination Chamber.
While Punk has no personal issues with Priest, he warned that Priest will simply be collateral damage. He then pointed out that while Rollins and McIntyre are obsessed with him, his sole focus is on main eventing WrestleMania 41.
As Priest squared up with McIntyre, Rollins continued trading verbal shots with Punk, said Punk will never main event WrestleMania. Suddenly, John Cena’s music playrd, but instead of Cena, Logan Paul emerged, taunting the crowd for believing Cena was about to appear.

Logan mocked Rollins’ outfit, saying he looks like he lost a bet, then took a shot at McIntyre, comparing him to the Toronto Maple Leafs’ inability to win. He dismissed Priest as irrelevant, admitting he doesn’t even know much about him. Just as he turned his attention to Punk, Punk charged at him and chased him to the back.
– LA Knight def. Santos Escobar to advance in the United States Championship No.1 Contender’s Tournament
– Sami Zayn addressed Kevin Owens ahead of their Unsanctioned Match at Elimination Chamber. Kevin appeared on the titantron and revealed that he’s at the location of the Elimination Chamber and taunted Sami for what he will do to him in their match tomorrow. Sami said he’s nervous for what he’ll do to Kevin in their match tomorrow and if Kevin’s family can’t forgive him, then he’s okay with it as he’s prepared to end Kevin.
– Carmelo Hayes def. Braun Strowman via DQ to advance in the United States Championship No.1 Contender’s Tournament
Solo Sikoa & Tama Tonga interfered in the match, but Braun took them out. Carmelo then fooled the referee with the iconic Eddie Guerrero spot to win via DQ. You can watch it below:

– Roxanne Perez and WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez def. Bayley, Bianca Belair, & Naomi
After the match, Alexa Bliss took out Roxanne with a Sister Abigail. There was a Wyatt Sicks glitch on the screen after this.
– Charlotte Flair told Tiffany Stratton that she needs to focus and be prepared to face her because Tiffy Time will end at WrestleMania 41.
– United States Champion Shinsuke Nakamura said he doesn’t care who wins the Triple Threat Match because they will serve as an example to what happens when you face an honorable champion.
– LA Knight def. Carmelo Hayes and Jacob Fatu in a Triple Threat Match to become the No.1 Contender for the United States Championship
Knight pinned Hayes to win.
– CM Punk met Cody Rhodes backstage and said Cody should take The Rock’s offer, shine it up real nice and shove it up Rock’s part-timing Hollywood candy a$$.
– Michael Cole met Cody Rhodes in the ring and The Rock’s gift for him was brought out to the stage, and it’s a Truck with American Nightmare branding. The Rock appeared on the titantron and said he’s been talking to Dusty Rhodes all week, and will see Cody at the Elimination Chamber, and knows that Cody will do the right thing and give him his soul, and become his champion.
The Rock showed that he has a weight belt with the words “Cody’s Soul” with the date of Dusty Rhodes’ death on it.
Rock said he looked up to Dusty and it broke his heart when he died. Rock told Cody to not break his heart again.
