• In a significant legal development, waivers of summons for Vince McMahon and WWE have surfaced on the docket for the ongoing case Grant v. WWE et al, dated March 15. Notably, this coincides with the appearance of a waiver of summons for John Laurinaitis on the same date.
This revelation corroborates previous statements made by Janel Grant’s lawyer, Ann Callis, regarding all three parties receiving waivers of summons simultaneously. With the issuance of these waivers, the defendants have until May 14 to respond to the summons.
Vince McMahon is being represented by Jessica T. Rosenberg from the Kasowitz Benson Torres firm.
