• Change Coming To SmackDown In February

WWE fans will need to adjust their channel surf next month, as Friday Night SmackDown is set to temporarily vacate its home on the USA Network. The move comes as the USA Network prepares for wall-to-wall coverage of the 2026 Winter Olympics, which will be held in Italy from February 6 to February 22.

According to a spokesperson from the USA Network who spoke with POST Wrestling, SmackDown will air on Syfy for two consecutive weeks. Despite the change in network, the show will maintain its full three-hour format, airing from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM ET.

The schedule for the affected episodes is as follows:

Friday, February 13: Airing from the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas.

Friday, February 20: Airing from the FLA Live Arena in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

SmackDown will make its official return to the USA Network on February 27, broadcasting from Kentucky. This return episode is particularly high-stakes, as it serves as the final broadcast before the Elimination Chamber premium live event the following night.

• WWE Referee Daphanie LaShaunn & Ex-NXT Wrestler Involved in a Serious Car Accident (Photos)

Former NXT North American Champion Leon Ruff shared a harrowing update, revealing that he and his wife, WWE referee Daphanie LaShaunn aka Aja Smith, were involved in a major car accident. Ruff shared photos of the wreckage that showed their vehicle was completely totaled in the collision:

Regarding their health status, Ruff informed fans that he is doing fine physically following the incident. However, the situation is more difficult for LaShaunn. While both were discharged from the hospital, Ruff noted that his wife is currently experiencing significant pain as they begin their recovery at home.

Here’s what Ruff wrote:

“Earlier today, my wife and I were rear-ended on the road. We’d just gotten home from the hospital and we’re both sore and shaken up. I’m alright, but Aja is hurting more than I am.

Unfortunately, the car is totaled. If anyone has any connections to bookers or upcoming shows, I’d truly appreciate the opportunity to pick up some extra bookings.

Please drive safe and always wear your seatbelt.”
