• Chris Jericho Admits He Made A Mistake On AEW Rampage
On Friday’s live episode of AEW Rampage, AEW World Champion CM Punk said he’s injured and will need surgery.
Punk said he told Tony Khan he would relinquish the Title and will come back bigger, faster, stronger and hungrier than ever before.
However, he won’t be relinquishing the Title, as AEW will crown as Interim Champion.
There will be a Battle Royale on next week’s Dynamite. The winner will face Jon Moxley in the main event of Dynamite.
The winner of the Dynamite main event will go on to AEW x NJPW: Forbidden Door PPV later this month to challenge for the Interim AEW World Championship.
