• Chris Jericho & Other Wrestlers React To Fake Razor Ramon’s Death

As we noted earlier, Old School WWF Veteran “Fake Razor Ramon” (Real name: Rick Bognar) passed away last week at the age of 49.

His brother Ken confirmed his death and it was noted that the death was ‘sudden’. No other details are available at the moment, but we’ll update you as soon as we have more information.

Bognar wrestled all around the world under the name ‘Big Titan’, but Old School WWF Fans certainly remember him as the Fake Razor Ramon that Jim Ross brought out on RAW in 1996.

As the Fake Razor Ramon, he often teamed up with Fake Diesel (who later became known as Kane) before they were let go from the World Wrestling Federation in 1997.

Below is what Old School WWF Legend and current AEW World Champion Chris Jericho posted about Bognar on Instagram:

“Sorry to hear about the passing of my old friend @titan.rick today. Rick was a constant opponent and friend from the first month I moved to Calgary in 1990, all the way until we (and @stormwrestlingacademy) worked for #WAR in in Japan in 1995. He ended up in @WWE as the “fake” #RazorRamon and then become a motivational speaker.

He was a funny guy who did great impressions and a literal giant in the ring! I last saw him before a @fozzyrock gig in Calgary a few years ago and it was great to reconnect and catch up. 49 is way too young to pass away, but I’ll always remember his big smile and drinking #chuhi with he and @dr.luther whilst singing Karaoke in Japan! God bless you Rick! #ricktitan”
