Screenshots of some allegedly deleted tweets from Ricochet went viral on X, where the AEW wrestler voiced frustration with fans who once supported him, but now criticize him for switching companies.

Here are some of the things that were allegedly written by him, according to the screenshots:

“It’s really funny to me how a lot of people used to love me under the tutelage of WWE but the moment I jump ship to another company they turn their backs on me like why?

I don’t get it I’m still the same f**king person I was in and outside of the WWE, who the f are you?”

“This app is so filled with the most brain-rotted dumba$$es (WWE shills) that I’m seriously considering leaving this f**king sh*t app, like the toxicity can’t be good for any of you, especially to those who constantly harass my wife.”

“So anyways for the cretins who randomly started opposing me; hell even the people that supported me all throughout no matter what go f**k yourselves. I don’t trust any of you.”

“You can say AEW is a stain on the industry all you want, but this is the company that has actually accepted me as I am — a professional wrestler, and the best at that.”

Afterward, Ricochet dismissed the tweets as fabricated, stating, “Bahahaha this is fake,” though fans criticized him for being overly sensitive. Samantha Irvin also backed him up with a straightforward, “Fake tweets.”

Ricochet is set to face IWGP World Heavyweight Champion Zack Sabre Jr. at Wrestle Dynasty at the Tokyo Dome in Japan on January 5, 2025.
