The pay-per-view had the tagline “Teams of Federation Superstars Battle it out! Who’s fit to survive?”

This was the 9th annual ‘Survivor Series’ event since it started in 1987.

• CM Punk Asked About Entering The 2020 Royal Rumble Match

WWE Backstage analyst CM Punk got asked about his status for the 2020 Men’s Royal Rumble match on Twitter and he clarified that he only works for FOX and he won’t be involved in any WWE in-ring action.
