On last night’s episode of Dynamite, AEW President Tony Khan announced that CM Punk will return on the debut episode of AEW Collision on June 17, which will take place at the United Center in Chicago.

This will be Punk’s first appearance in All Elite Wrestling since the All Out 2022 PPV, where he defeated Jon Moxley in the main event to win the AEW World Championship for the second time in his career.

You can watch Tony’s announcement and the crowd reaction below:

Reacting to his return being announced, Punk posted a link on his Instagram story, which led to the dodgeball scene in the ‘Billy Madison’ movie from 1995, where Adam Sandler goes back to Elementary, Middle & High school as a grown man.

During this scene, Sandler told the kids that they’re in “big, big trouble” and then defeated them in the game.

It looks like Punk has sent a message to the AEW locker room, as the 44-year-old veteran might be looking to become a 3-time World Champion in All Elite Wrestling.

Speaking of Punk, he won’t be allowed to talk about the backstage fight at All Out once he returns, as he signed a non-disclosure agreement with AEW.
