Below are the complete results from the 1600th episode of RAW.
– World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins kicked off tonight’s RAW and he came out in a knee brace. Rollins says he hurt his knee while doing a Moonsault during his match against Jinder Mahal last week. Seth said there’s a real possibility he’ll miss WrestleMania 40. He underwent MRI and he has a grade 2 MCL tear and a partially torn meniscus. If he undergoes surgery, he’ll be out of action for 3-4 months, which means he’ll miss the biggest show of the year. He said he doesn’t know what the future holds and he’s taking it on a day-to-day basis.
Imperium then came out. Seth said he they are out here to make an example out of him, then do what you gotta do. Intercontinental Champion Gunther said do not worry, he is here because Seth has avoided him and he’ll tell what he thinks of Seth. Gunther said Seth has been put in the top spot where he’s supposed to bring prestige to a championship, just like him.
Gunther said looking Seth like this makes him sad. Seth said Gunther should’ve let him finish, as he doesn’t give a damn what the doctor says, he will rehab very hard and he will take this title into WrestleMania and do everything he can to walk out of the Show of Shows still the champion.
The Ring General said he’s going to win the Royal Rumble this Saturday and he’s going to choose Rollins at WrestleMania, and he’s going to target everything that’s not 100% on Rollins (knee & back) and become World Heavyweight Champion. Rollins said bring it on and remember who he’s going after, and Gunther said he should know who’s coming after him. Both men shook hands. Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods of The New Day then attacked Ludwig Kaiser & Giovanni Vinci.
– The New Day (Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods) vs. Imperium (Ludwig Kaiser & Giovanni Vinci) ended in a Double Count-Out as both teams went brawling outside the ring
They brawled in the crowd and all men went through a table.
– Rhea Ripley informed Judgment Day that Damian Priest and Finn Balor will defend the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship against #DIY (Tommaso Ciampa & Johnny Gargano) on next week’s RAW. Priest said he’ll take care of Drew McIntyre tonight and told Rhea to stop going to Adam Pearce’s office asking for matches. Rhea told Finn Balor to show his vicious side tonight. She also made JD McDonagh apologize for not taking care of #DIY.
– Ivy Nile (with Maxxine Dupri) def. Valhalla
– The New Day said tonight was the perfect example of what happens when they get pushed too far. Kofi Kingston then challenged Gunther for the Intercontinental Championship on next week’s RAW.
– Becky Lynch & Nia Jax came face-to-face ahead of the Women’s Royal Rumble match. Bayley interrupted and declared that she will be winning the Rumble and 2024 will be her year. The three get into a brawl with Nia throwing Becky out of the ring and taking Bayley out with a Leg Drop.
– Dominik Mysterio def. The Miz after distractions from The Judgment Day
Finn Balor attacked Miz after the match, which led to #DIY making the save.
– Bronson Reed challenged Jey Uso to a match on next week’s RAW, so he can make an example out of him.
– Ivar def. Chad Gable after distraction from Valhalla
– Cody Rhodes and CM Punk came face-to-face. Punk said let’s take a minute to enjoy this moment, where fans are chanting their names, as he hopes he can remain friends with Rhodes after Saturday’s Royal Rumble.
Rhodes asked Punk what he wants to talk about. Punk said he wants to talk about Cody’s father Dusty Rhodes. Punk said Dusty called him in 2007 and said he’s sending Cody to OVW to start his wrestling career and asked Punk to keep an eye on Cody.
Punk said he watched Cody grow from a preliminary wrestler to a main event star. Punk said he feels he’s breaking his promise to Dusty because in the Royal Rumble match, he’s going to be looking for Cody and not looking out for Cody, as he’s going to win that match and go on to main event WrestleMania.
CM Punk said he can separate business from personal and asked Cody if he can do the same on Sunday morning.
Punk congratulated Cody on becoming his own man and coming out of Dusty’s shadow. They had very different paths, but the same goal. Punk then said his father was an electrician and wasn’t famous, which makes him more of an American Dream than Cody.
Cody then talked about Punk’s pipebomb from 2011. Cody said Punk started a revolution, but he then left and didn’t pass the torch, he dropped the torch, but he picked it up and he did literally everything Punk said and couldn’t do, which makes him more CM Punk than CM Punk himself.
Punk said Cody carried the WWE for a whole 2 years in the absence of a big superstar, which is him. Cody said he’s going to go through Punk at the Royal Rumble to reach his goal.
– Shayna Baszler & Zoey Stark def. Indi Hartwell & Candice LeRae
WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Kayden Carter & Katana Chance were attacked by The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka & Kairi Sane) after the match.
– Drew McIntyre def. Mr. Money In The Bank & Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champion Damian Priest after Priest was distracted by R-Truth, who tried to give Priest his cut from the merch money
