Tonight’s episode of AEW Rampage was taped after Wednesday’s episode of Dynamite went off the air. Below are the results:
– Adam Cole & Bobby Fish def. Orange Cassidy & Wheeler Yuta
– Tony Nese said he’s been scouting TNT Champion Sammy Guevara for weeks and has been watching his matches up close. Nese said that if Ethan Page, Jay Lethal or Bobby Fish had done their homework Sammy wouldn’t even be TNT Champion today.
Nese challenged Sammy to match for the TNT Championship for next week. Guevara said Nese is just another new guy that he’s not intimidated by and accepted the challenge.
Nese attacked Sammy and declared that Sammy is only TNT Champion because he wasn’t available yet.
