Below are the results for the go-home episode of SmackDown for this Sunday’s WWE Fastlane 2021 pay-per-view:
– Sasha Banks (c) def. WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Nia Jax to retain the SmackDown Women’s Championship
– Seth Rollins claimed Cesaro is jealous of him. Seth said he’s a WrestleMania main eventer while Cesaro is just a failure that couldn’t grab that brass ring.
Shinsuke Nakamura interrupted and told him to shut up. Nakamura then took out Rollins with a Kinshasa
– Rey & Dominik Mysterio def. The Street Profits (Alpha Academy mocked The Mysterios after the match)
– Alpha Academy (Chad Gable & Otis) def. Dominik & Rey Mysterio
– Daniel Bryan said Edge thinks he can defeat Roman Reigns, while he knows that he can defeat Roman. Bryan claimed that he will make Roman tap out at Fastlane.
Universal Champion Roman Reigns & Paul Heyman came out after this and Roman said he’s never tapped out in his career, and would rather die in the ring before he taps out to Bryan. Bryan told Roman that everyone thinks they are untappable until they tap. Bryan told Roman that he will break him at Fastlane
– King Corbin def. Sami Zayn (After the match, Sami claimed there’s a conspiracy against him, and wants Kevin Owens to back him up. Owens told Sami that he lost and that’s that. Sami kicked Owens in the face and yelled at him for not believing him)

– Intercontinental Champion Big E said he doesn’t want to wait until Sunday, and went to look for Apollo on a golf cart. Big E and Apollo start fighting, but Apollo stole the golf cart and drove away
– WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion Shayna Baszler vs. Bianca Belair ended in a No Contest after Natalya & Tamina attacked both of them
– Edge def. Jey Uso to become the Special Guest Enforcer for the Universal Title match at Fastlane (Roman Reigns speared Edge & Bryan after the match to end the show)
