– Tonight’s go-home episode of SmackDown for this Sunday’s Survivor Series PPV kicked off with SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos welcoming Universal Champion Roman Reigns.

There was the king’s seat, sceptor and crown in the ring, and Roman asked whose idea was this. Usos say it was Paul Heyman’s idea, and then Roman questioned if Heyman really believes that he cares about all this stuff.

Roman then said he took the crown last week because he could. Xavier Woods then came out and said material objects don’t make a king.

Woods then challenged Reigns to face him tonight with The Usos in his corner.

Reigns then asked if Woods cares if they destroy his stuff in front of him. The Bloodline then broke the sceptor, the king’s seat and were about the destroy the crown, but Woods ran to the ring to save it, but got beaten down by The Bloodline.

Roman then destroyed the crown right in front of Woods and said:

“I’m the only king around here and I don’t need props. I’m the one.”

– Sheamus def. Cesaro, Jinder Mahal and Ricochet in a Fatal 4 Way match to earn the final spot on the Men’s SmackDown Survivor Series team

– In a backstage interview, Ridge Holland said Sheamus is his idol, and if it wasn’t for Sheamus he would still be in England fighting bums on the street for money. Ridge declared that if anyone has a problem with Sheamus, they have a problem with him.

– Natalya & Shayna Baszler def. Naomi & Aliyah (The female referee screwed Naomi by counting fast. The referee then went backstage and asked Sonya Deville if what she did was fine. Sonya said she doesn’t know what she’s talking about and that she doesn’t talk to crooked referees, and told her to leave)

– Sonya Deville announced that there will be a 25 Man Battle Royal at Survivor Series, to honor The Rock’s 25th anniversary, and believes that Sami Zayn can win it and edge his name in Survivor Series history alongside The Great One.

– Jeff Hardy def. Madcap Moss

– Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura def. Angel

– Sasha Banks def. Shotzi (After the match, Sonya Deville came out and wanted them to make up with each other ahead of Survivor Series. Sasha offered a hand shake and Shotzi shook her hand. Sasha then laid her out with a Backstabber)

– Another vignette was shown for Xia Li’s arrival to SmackDown. Xia talked about how her father died and got tossed out of her home by a landlord, only for her to beat the landlord up. Xia said vultures will never get to her family again, for she is her father’s daughter and the protector.

– In a backstage interview segment, SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair said after she proves this Sunday that she’s superior to Becky Lynch, she’ll give Toni Storm a match and beat her as well.

– Roman Reigns came out for his confrontation against King Xavier Woods in the main event segment. Despite Roman telling The Usos to not come out, Paul Heyman called out The Usos. The Usos came out, but by getting thrown on the entrance ramp by WWE Champion Big E!

Big E and Roman brawled. Big E sent Roman into the Steel Steps. The brawl got into the ring and Woods & Big E double teamed on The Head Of The Table. The Usos tried to make the save, but got taken down.

Reigns then hit Big E with the Superman Punch. Reigns went for the Spear, but Big E countered and lifted Roman up for the Big Ending, but Roman managed to escape.
