• Complete Results From Tonight’s SmackDown

– Toni Storm & Sasha Banks def. SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair & Shotzi (Toni pinned Charlotte to pick up the win for her team)

– In a backstage interview, Natalya was asked about Xia Li’s debut from last week. She said she’s a Guinness World Record holder, while Xia is a nobody. Natalya then sent a warning to Xia and said if she sticks her nose in her business again, then she will be the one that needs a ‘protector’.

– The Viking Raiders def. Jinder Mahal & Shanky

– Drew McIntyre attacked Happy Corbin & Madcap Moss on Happy Talk and took back his sword.

– Paul Heyman was waiting for Roman Reigns to arrive. A car comes and Heyman begins welcoming his Tribal Chief, but it’s Brock Lesnar. Lesnar asked Heyman if he’s here for him. Heyman said he’s waiting for Roman. Lesnar said ‘good luck with that’.

– Sami Zayn approached Adam Pearce & Sonya Deville backstage. Zayn looks fine now and Pearce asked him where his neck brace is. Sami told him his lawyer said he doesn’t need it anymore. Pearce asked if his lawyer told him that or his doctor. Sami wants a Universal Title match, but he’s not getting it. However, he will be in a 12-man Gauntlet Match next week. If he wins, he’ll get an Intercontinental Championship match.

– Ridge Holland def. Cesaro

– Naomi called out Sonya Deville for a match. Sonya came out and said Naomi can’t touch her as long as she’s wearing a suit. Sonya then said she has an opponent for Naomi – Shayna Baszler. Shayna then attacked Naomi from behind and Sonya told the referee to start the match immediately.

– Naomi def. Shayna Baszler (Naomi quickly pinned Shayna)

– The New Day def. SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos

– Universal Champion Roman Reigns came out and told the Chicago crowd to acknowledge him, and they do it and chant ‘Tribal Chief’. Reigns said he doesn’t like it when his cousins lose, but they’re family and they can get through anything. Reigns then said Paul Heyman isn’t his family by blood though, and asked if he can trust him.

Roman asked Heyman once again if he knew about Brock Lesnar’s SummerSlam return and other Brock news. He then asked Heyman why he’s protecting Brock from him, and if he’s his Counsel or Brock’s Advocate.

Heyman then said the following:

“I’m not protecting Brock Lesnar from you, I’m protecting you from Brock Lesnar.”

Roman hugged Heyman and thanked him for serving his family for 40 years and then fired him. Reigns then laid out Heyman with a Superman Punch!

Roman was about to hit Heyman with a Con-Chair-To, but Brock Lesnar came out! Lesnar ran through The Usos and F5ed both of them on the floor.

Lesnar entered the ring and Reigns attacked him with a Steel Chair, but Lesnar picked up Reigns and hit an F5! Lesnar hit Roman with another F5 to end the show.
