After tonight’s SmackDown (tap here for results) went off the air, WWE taped next week’s episode of SmackDown, because the WWE crew will travel to Saudi Arabia next week for the Night Of Champions premium live event.
As we reported earlier, Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez were forced to relinquish the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship due to Liv’s arm injury.
At tonight’s tapings, Raquel’s new tag team partner (who she’ll team up with in the match for the vacant title in two weeks on RAW) was revealed to be Shotzi.

– Raquel Rodriguez & Shotzi def. Damage CTRL (Bayley & IYO SKY) after a miscommunication between Bayley and IYO

Baron Corbin attacked Grimes after the match.
– RAW Women’s Champion Bianca Belair was getting a promo and Asuka attacked her from behind. Bianca fought her back.
– LA Knight def. Rick Boogs
After the match, Knight said The Street Profits would be smoked by him.
– AJ Styles def. Karrion Kross
“Michin” Mia Yim stopped Scarlett from interfering in the match.
– Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns & Solo Sikoa appeared on The KO Show and laid out Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn.
