• Congratulations To Rob Van Dam
Rob Van Dam and his wife Katie Forbes have announced their pregnancy, expecting their first child together in 2026. The announcement came during RVD’s podcast. The couple’s relationship began in 2016, following RVD’s separation from his first wife, Sonia Delbeck, after 20 years of marriage.
RVD said: “Life is interesting and we lost Sabu recently of course, and I feel like a big part of me was lost when we lost Sabu because he was a part of me. He helped create me. He helped make me who I am and the universe has a funny way of balancing out. He’s on the other side now, but…”
Katie added: “We’re pregnant! Coming in 2026.”

This is Colorado State University’s first outdoor national title winner in 20 years.
Colorado State University continues to prove that success in athletics doesn’t require a massive budget. Over the past three seasons, CSU has sent more women’s throwers—11 in total—to the NCAA nationals than any other school in the country.
Speaking to reporters before the national meet, Lesnar acknowledged the resource gap between CSU and bigger schools.
“We don’t have a ton of money, like an SEC school, a Big Ten school,” she said. “I’m going into this thing ranked No. 1 and we don’t have all the resources.”
But she made it clear that high-end gear isn’t the key to success in throwing events. “You don’t need fancy things to throw. You need one old shot put and a great coach. None of us need fancy equipment to throw far. We just have a coach that’s all-in, that trusts us and teammates that trust us and we like to have fun and push each other.”
Lesnar’s performance at nationals confirmed her place among the sport’s elite. Her winning throw would have placed 6th at the 2024 Paris Olympics. Earlier in the 2025 season, she recorded a career-best mark of 64 feet, 3 ¾ inches—a distance that would have earned a bronze medal at the previous Olympics.
WWE Superstar Natalya commented the following about Mya’s big achievement:
“Incredible!”
