• Conor McGregor Promotes Ex-WWE Wrestler

One half of the Authors of Pain is ready to trade the wrestling ring for the bare-knuckle squared circle. Former WWE RAW & NXT Tag Team Champion Gzim Selmani, better known to fans as Rezar, is officially returning to his combat sports roots after signing a heavyweight deal with Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC).

BKFC President David Feldman confirmed the news during the KnuckleMania VI press conference, announcing that the 31-year-old powerhouse will make his debut in the promotion on March 14.

Fighting out of Albania, Selmani brings a legitimate combat pedigree to the roster; before his decade-long career in professional wrestling, he was a decorated kickboxing champion and a veteran in Bellator MMA.

Selmani’s jump to BKFC comes exactly one year after his second stint with WWE ended in February 2025. Alongside his partner Akam, he captured gold on both RAW and NXT, becoming one of the most physically imposing forces in the tag team division. Now, having moved on from the “Final Testament” and the scripted world of WWE, the “Albanian Psycho” is looking to prove that his real-world striking power is as dangerous as his in-ring reputation suggests.

Here’s what Rezar wrote: “It’s official, I will be making my @bareknucklefc debut March 14th! The baddest and fastest growing combat organization on the planet!! THE ALBANIAN PSYCHO X BKFC”

UFC Legend and BKFC part-owner Conor McGregor hyped about Rezar’s debut:

• Triple H Publicly Praised 3 Wrestlers At WWE HQ During Town Hall

The leadership team at WWE HQ took a moment this week to celebrate a massive wave of momentum, hosting a rare “all hands on deck” town hall on February 4, according to PWInsider.

The meeting featured a heavy-hitting panel of executives, including Nick Khan, Marc Shapiro, and Paul “Triple H” Levesque, all gathering to brief employees on the company’s current upward trajectory.

While the primary focus was a victory lap for the organization’s recent financial and creative successes, several individual stars were singled out for their contributions.

Management offered glowing reviews of the Royal Rumble in Saudi Arabia, specifically highlighting Oba Femi, Sol Ruca, and Je’Von Evans. Their standout performances in Riyadh were framed as proof that the company’s investment in new talent is paying off on a global scale.

The executives also turned their attention toward the Road to WrestleMania 42, pointing to the recent face-off between Roman Reigns and World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk on RAW as a gold standard for storytelling. The segment was praised for its intensity and for successfully laying a high-stakes foundation for the company’s biggest show of the year.
