Below are some top news stories of the day, involving Jade Cargill and AEW.
• According to Xero News, Jade Cargill is scheduled to compete in a 6-woman tag team match at WrestleMania 40.
Current plan is for Jade to team up with Bianca Belair and Naomi to take on Damage CTRL’s Dakota Kai and WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka & Kairi Sane).
The seeds for this match were planted on last week’s SmackDown, when Bianca questioned Naomi about feeling sorry for Bayley, as Damage CTRL turned their back on her. Bianca said Bayley brought this upon herself.
Also in a backstage segment, Cargill was seen squaring off against Damage CTRL members, before Nick Aldis took her to his office.

• According to the Wrestling Observer, this year’s AEW x NJPW: Forbidden Door PPV will feature wrestlers from STARDOM and CMLL as well:
“There will be STARDOM and CMLL wrestlers on the Forbidden Door show when they do that show in June.
[Taro Okada] came in and that kind of explains when Tony Khan tweeted those tweets about Rossy Ogawa. It was definite loyalty to STARDOM and Rossy Ogawa was quitting STARDOM, so that’s what is going on there.
I believe that on the April 5th Ring of Honor pay-per-view, a couple of STARDOM wrestlers are going to be on that show as well.”
