Below are a couple of top WWE news stories of the day, involving WrestleMania 41 and Bray Wyatt.
• The Rock pinned Cody Rhodes in a tag team match in the main event of WrestleMania 40 – Night 1, before Cody went on to defeat Roman Reigns to win the Undisputed WWE Championship on Night 2.
On the RAW after WrestleMania XL, The Rock confronted The American Nightmare. Rock said while he’s going away right now, he’ll return and come for Cody, and whether Cody has the WWE Title by then or not doesn’t matter to The Final Boss.
According to WRKD Wrestling, The Rock vs. Cody Rhodes is the likely main event for WrestleMania 41.
At this point, it’s not confirmed whether Rhodes will still be the WWE Champion heading into the event.
Right now, Cody is scheduled to defend his title against Kevin Owens at Bash In Berlin on August 31st. On last night’s SmackDown, Solo Sikoa announced that he will challenge the winner of this match for the WWE Championship.

• Former WWE Champion Bray Wyatt (Windham Rotunda) passed away 1 year ago today at the age of 36.
His Wyatt Family brother Braun Strowman shared an emotional video and wrote the following:
“Not a day goes by I don’t think about you!!!!”
