According to ProWrestlingScoops, The Rock vs. Roman Reigns is the current plan for the main event of WrestleMania 41 – Night 2.
Word going on is that Roman is going to be the babyface in this match, while Rock will be the heel.
Solo Sikoa has started building his own Bloodline after Roman Reigns’ WrestleMania 40 loss.
Roman is set to return as a babyface and assemble his own babyface Bloodline to battle Solo’s Bloodline.
Here’s what WRKD Wrestling reported about it:
“One long term idea floated behind the scenes for the eventual OG Bloodline vs. Solo Bloodline has Sami Zayn being the fourth member of Roman’s face team for a War Games match.”
There’s some speculation going on that The Rock will be revealed as the leader of this new Bloodline featuring Solo, Tama Tonga & Tanga Loa.
WrestleMania 41 was originally rumored to take place at the U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Wendy Blackshaw, President of Minnesota Sports and Events, had the following to say about WWE changing their plans for next year’s WrestleMania:
“We were informed by WWE that Minnesota would not host WrestleMania in 2025 due to a change in direction by new ownership.
Although disappointed, we are in discussions with WWE about future events in Minnesota. We are optimistic that Minnesota will host WWE events here in the future.”
