Brock Lesnar was last seen in WWE at SummerSlam 2023, where he lost to Cody Rhodes.
Lesnar is on a hiatus right now and word going on is that he will return on the road to WrestleMania 40.
When asked about the possibility of Lesnar returning to the UFC for a fight at the UFC 300 PPV in 2024 (Lesnar also competed at UFC 100 & 200), UFC President Dana White said:
“Brock looks good, doesn’t he? He always does. I think Brock’s done. I don’t think he ever comes back.”
Lesnar (age 46) is a former UFC Heavyweight Champion and was the #1 pay-per-view draw in MMA at one point, before Conor McGregor took that spot.
Brock’s last MMA fight took place at UFC 200 in 2016, where he defeated Mark Hunt. The outcome was later turned into a No-Contest after Lesnar failed the drug tests for this fight (results of his drug tests came back after the fight).
Speaking of UFC 300, Ronda Rousey reportedly wants to fight at this event.
The Daily Mail reports that a confidant of Rousey told them that she is “looking to wind down her time and commitments with WWE” and is now focusing on an MMA return. Rousey reportedly wants to “compete at UFC 300 when that presents itself sometime next year.”
The multi-time Women’s Champion is also thinking of what she could do in Hollywood next.
The source also stated that Rousey wants to have another child in the future.
“Don’t be caught off guard that she is having another kid because that is something she feels is one of the most important things to happen for her again.”
In an interview with Sports Illustrated, Dana White said the following about Rousey potentially returning to the octagon:
“There’s no shot. She’s accomplished everything she set out to do. Her dream was to win a UFC Championship, then win a WWE Championship, and she’s done it.
Now she’s starting a family. Ronda has made so much money, and she’s still making a lot of money in sponsorships.”
