This episode was broadcasted from the Bell Centre in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and featured matches & storyline segments on the road to the SummerSlam 2005 PPV.

• Daniel Cormier Retires After Heavyweight Title Fight At UFC 252
In the main event of tonight’s UFC 252 pay-per-view, Stipe Miocic defeated Daniel Cormier via decision in a 5 round Heavyweight fight to retain the UFC Heavyweight Championship.
This was Cormier’s final MMA fight.

In the post-fight interview, Cormier addressed Miocic’s eye-poke and said that he can’t see anything from his left eye (although Cormier also eye-poked Miocic during the fight).
