2014 – Paige Wins The Divas Championship In Her WWE Debut
On this day in Pro Wrestling history on April 7, 2014, Paige made her WWE debut on the post-WrestleMania 30 edition of Raw and defeated AJ Lee in just over a minute to capture the Divas Championship.
This ended AJ’s 295 day reigns as Champion and Paige became the youngest female Champion in WWE history (21 years old). You can watch it below:
2014 – Rey Mysterio’s Final WWE Match
On this day in Pro Wrestling history on April 7, 2014, former WWE Champion Rey Mysterio wrestled his final WWE match on the post-WrestleMania 30 edition of Raw. He went on to lose to Bad News Barrett.
