According to latest reports from Wrestling Observer, former World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler might be turning heel soon on WWE Programming.
As we noted earlier, Lana & Rusev are back together on WWE Programming after TMZ broke out the news of Lana-Rusev’s real life engagement. This forced WWE Creative to drop the Rusev-Summer Rae angle.
Vince McMahon is reportedly not happy with the Rusev-Summer Rae angle being dropped after the engagement news got leaked. It should be noted that WWE knew about Rusev & Lana’s engagement before TMZ revealed it. After being betrayed by Lana and being all by himself now, Dolph Ziggler might be in-line for a heel turn, according to the Wrestling Observer.
Speaking of Dolph Ziggler, he might face John Cena at Hell in a Cell 2015, in a rematch from their encounter on Raw this week for the United States Championship. With John Cena taking time off from WWE after Hell in a Cell PPV, Ziggler could very well be the next United States Champion.
