• “Don’t Stop Me Now” – CM Punk Is Ready For His AEW Debut

It’s pretty obvious by now that CM Punk has signed a contract with All Elite Wrestling, and is expected to debut on tonight’s AEW Rampage.

He’s rumored to face Darby Allin in the main event of AEW All Out 2021 pay-per-view on September 5th in Chicago.

Punk teased his return to pro-wrestling by posting the following on his Instagram story:

What you see above is a cover pic from the Batman comic “The Dark Knight Returns”, where the story was Batman returning from retirement after 10 years. The music Punk used on this Instagram story is Queen’s “Don’t Stop Me Now” with the lyrics: “Tonight I’m gonna have myself a real good time.”

AEW wrestler Matt Hardy also teased Punk’s debut by tweeting the following video of him working with Punk in WWE:
