• Drew McIntyre No-Showed Last Night’s SmackDown?

At WrestleMania 39 Sunday, Drew McIntyre was pinned by Gunther in the Intercontinental Championship match, which also involved Sheamus.

After the match, McIntyre waved goodbye to the fans on Twitter:

McIntyre was pulled from last week’s WWE signing event, as well as the big SmackDown after WrestleMania 39 show.

According to the Wrestling Observer, Drew was pulled from that show due to health issues.

McIntyre didn’t appear on last night’s SmackDown either. He also turned his whole Twitter profile black and removed all mentions of WWE.

According to PWInsider, McIntyre did multiple interviews locally in Nebraska to promote last night’s SmackDown and was even on the promotional image of the show at The Pinnacle Bank Arena, but he still didn’t appear.

With reports coming out that McIntyre and WWE are far apart on terms for a new deal, and him not appearing on shows and removing WWE from his Twitter profile, there’s speculation going on that he no-showed last night.
